Information collected

We request your name, ID number, contact details, government employer, job title and employment history. You may choose to upload an ID copy, payslips or bank statements. We record the time and version of your consent.

Purpose and sharing

We use your details to respond to the enquiry, check completeness and communicate next steps. This website does not automatically submit your information to a lender. Before sharing with a specific lender, we will tell you who that lender is, what will be shared and request specific consent. Optional marketing consent is separate.

Optional Meta measurement

Only if you choose “Allow Meta tracking”, we load the Meta Pixel on key pages and send a completed enquiry event through Meta’s Conversions API. That event may include your browser identifiers, IP address and user agent for measurement. We do not send your ID number, documents, income, employer or application contents. Your tracking choice is stored in your browser after you make it. You can clear the site’s stored browser data if you need to reset that choice.

Storage and rights

Information is stored in a restricted application database and private document storage when configured. Ask us to access, correct or delete information where applicable, or withdraw optional marketing consent, by emailing fin@chesly.cash. Retention periods and any future lender-sharing workflow must be finalised before public launch.
